Hello, my name is Mark Allen from Tapajen. We have one of, if not, the largest range of Estimas available in the UK by any independent retail dealer. We are insured as Vehicle importers, and meet all of our consumer responsibilities. We are VAT registered and pay our taxes accordingly. We have no where to hide and don't wish to.

Please note I am not a professional mechanic or a long standing second hand car dealer. My last Job was as a Senior Retail Manager for Safeway/Morrison's. I believe this gives me a greater insight into the demands of the modern day consumer when it comes to customer service, and product preparation. We provide a service which brings to you a complete product package from source, supply and on going support with peace of mind included in the price. All this however means we cannot compete with the general trader found in the import market with very little if any transparency in the import process, very little if any mechanical or cosmetic preparation, the list goes on. There are no limits when it comes to the mechanical preparation of our cars. All the work is carried out by an independent mechanical specialist Bob Murphy of www.rcmvr.co.uk. RCM decide what each car needs without interference or budgetary control, we at Tapajen just provide the standards that must be achieved to attain the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction (we just get the bill and the satisfied customers). Our record in the last four years we believe is unsurpassed in the import market. We are a group of professionals when it comes to the Estima and each one of our cars has no stone left unturned in its preparation. We believe we provide an unrivalled service, where integrity comes before profit.

Tapajen spends approximately £900-£1300 on the preparation of its cars from registration through to mechanical and cosmetics. All this to bring to the consumer a car that will actually save money in the mid to long term. The alternative is generally unprepared/dubious origin vehicles that hit you in the pocket with severe mechanical defect, or a whole range of different or potential problems. Clocked imports and accident repairs are sadly only too common in the import industry
